Aligned Elements - In Short
Aligned Elements is a Design History File Management solution for the Medical Device Industry.
It enables you to keep your DHF consistent, complete and controlled throughout and after the product development.
Aligned elements keeps track of the requirements, specifications, tests, risks, reviews and defects as well as the documents the reside in and the traceability between them.
Aligned Elements is independent of any work process and allows you to adapted it to your own company processes and terminology.
The basic idea of Aligned Elements is to:
1) Allow swift and easy entering of Design History File data such as requirements, specifications etc.
2) Strictly control any changes made to these items.
3) Allow linking of DHF data by a trace-setting mechanism.
4) Apply consistency-rules to the DHF data and the traces.
5) Place and edit the DHF data in MS Word, creating documents with company specific look-and-feel.
Aligned Elements is a client-server solution allowing concurrent usage and collaboration between multiple clients over an entire network or remotely via VPN.
